You should check the lens before shooting each car to make sure that it is clean. This goes for the iPhone and Theta cameras.
Never put any stickers on any of the equipment.
If there is any problem with any of your equipment, contact your manager or office immediately.
Make sure to charge all batteries every night including your portable battery charger, and Theta 360 camera even if you're not scheduled for a video dealer the next day.
Double check that you have all of your equipment with you before leaving for work. This includes chargers, charging wires, window labels, ink, and any spare equipment that you may have.
Make sure NOT to change the camera settings on your iPhone or Theta 360 camera.
The Theta camera should always be removed from the tripod and kept in the protective sleeve unless you're actively capturing an interior 360 image.
Please make sure to update your phone's iOS and Theta firmware as updates become available.
Make sure to leave your equipment hidden or in the trunk while at dealership lots.
When you get home from work, please put your equipment on the charger so that you're all set for the next day.

The Theta 360 camera comes with a soft protective sleeve that should always be used when you're not using the camera. This will protect it from scratching. All of the broken or scratched Theta cameras have occurred when not following company policy.
When walking the lot or between vehicles:
When you're not using the Theta camera, please make sure that it's in the protective sleeve and that you remove it from the tri-pod using the quick release mount. You should keep the camera in your backpack or pocket when not in use. The only time the camera should be on the tripod is when it's positioned on the center console and your capturing your shot.
When Shooting:
When capturing the 360 interior image. It's important that the base of the tripod is secure and that you don't slam the door behind you so that the tripod doesn't tip over.
Storage:
You should always store the Theta 360 in it's sleeve and in your company backpack when you're travelling between dealerships.
