Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of Pro-MotionPix.

Employees should disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest, including outside employment or business activities that may interfere with job responsibilities or company interests.

Pro-MotionPix reserves the right to evaluate and address conflicts as appropriate.
