Cell Phone Policy

Field staff should leave personal cell phones in their car, not carry them on their person. Field staff may give the company cell phone number for family or friends in the case of emergencies. For safety reasons, all field personnel may only have a headset or headphones in or on one ear.

Some dealerships have a no headphone policy. Please be respectful of each dealers policies when it comes to this. You should never take personal calls while working even if it's on the work phone.
