SAFETY

When we are driving the dealership vehicles on the lots and to nearby staging locations we are not only representing Pro-MotionPix but also the dealership itself. We want to make sure that the vehicles are being driven with more respect than we would our own vehicles and that we minimize our chances of damaging vehicles, hurting anybody, or driving in a way that would reflect poorly on our company or the dealership. 

1. All employees at Pro-MotionPix should adhere to posted speed limits and wear a safety belt if driving the vehicles off dealer property. 

2. On dealership property all vehicles should be driven at a safe speed. Dealership lots can be very busy and we want to ensure that we’re not putting ourselves or others at risk. 

3. At private property off-site staging locations, right of way should be given to all other vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians. Speeds must be kept to a maximum of 10 MPH if an off-site, privately controlled parking lot.

4. If using bluetooth or a headset, no more than one ear can be covered or used. 

Water

All work locations provide access to water. Employees are encouraged to drink water as much as possible, especially when the temperature rises. Many heat related problems can be eliminated by staying well hydrated. It is recommended that employees bring a portable water botte to work, and refill it often.

Shade

Employees are encouraged to seek indoor, air conditioned areas too cool off in high heat environments. Extra breaks are encouraged in temperatures over 80 degrees, and seeking shaded indoor areas are mandatory for anyone feeling signs of heat related illness.

Acclimation

New employees entering the staff during a period of high heat should limit the time they spend in high heat, and build up slowly.
