Reporting Concerns & Complaints

Pro-MotionPix encourages employees to speak up about workplace concerns, including issues related to conduct, safety, discrimination, harassment, or policy violations.

Employees may report concerns by:

• Speaking with a supervisor or manager

• Contacting company-designated support or leadership channels

Reports may be made without fear of retaliation. Retaliation against an employee for making a good-faith report or participating in an investigation is prohibited.

Pro-MotionPix will review concerns promptly and take appropriate action when warranted. Employees are expected to cooperate with any investigation related to a reported concern.
