Employment with Pro-MotionPix is at will. This means that either the employee or Pro-MotionPix may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this Employee Handbook, on this website, or in any company communication creates a contract of employment, guarantees continued employment, or alters the at-will nature of employment.
The policies contained in this handbook are guidelines only and may be modified, revoked, or supplemented by Pro-MotionPix at any time, with or without notice, except where prohibited by law.
No manager, supervisor, or representative of Pro-MotionPix has authority to enter into any agreement that alters the at-will employment relationship unless such agreement is in writing and signed by an authorized officer of the company.
