Employees are not required to report concerns to a specific person and may bypass any individual involved in the concern.
Pro-MotionPix will promptly and thoroughly review all reports of discrimination or harassment.
Investigations will be conducted as confidentially as possible, consistent with the need to investigate and take appropriate action.
If a policy violation is found, Pro-MotionPix will take corrective action, which may include discipline up to and including termination of employment.
Retaliation against an employee for:
Reporting a concern in good faith
Participating in an investigation
Exercising workplace rights
is strictly prohibited.
Employees who engage in retaliation may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
