Employees may have access to confidential or proprietary information belonging to Pro-MotionPix, its customers, or dealership partners.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

• Customer and dealership information

• Pricing, contracts, and business practices

• Software, processes, and internal systems

Employees must not disclose confidential information to unauthorized individuals during or after employment.

This obligation continues after employment ends.
