Employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner while performing work for Pro-MotionPix, whether on dealership property, traveling between assignments, working remotely, or representing the company in any capacity.

Professional behavior includes:

• Communicating respectfully and clearly

• Following instructions and company procedures

• Maintaining appropriate conduct with dealership staff, customers, and coworkers

• Using good judgment when working independently

• Refraining from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior

Unprofessional conduct, poor judgment, or behavior that negatively impacts the company’s reputation or operations may result in corrective action, up to and including termination.
